Who is responsible
Acropolis Labs is responsible for the personal data collected through this site.
To access, update, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, write to juan.lopez@acropolisia.com.
Data we collect
When you request a service or write to us, we may ask for your name, email, company, role, company size, company identification number, phone, LinkedIn profile, the service or product you are interested in, and the message you leave.
We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health information, orientation, or biometric data.
Why we use it
We use that data to answer your request, prepare a conversation or a proposal, and keep the commercial contact you asked for.
We do not sell personal data or use it to send advertising you did not request.
Consent
By submitting a form you authorize us to process the data you include for the purposes in this policy.
You can withdraw that authorization at any time by writing to the email above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out with your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep the data while the request or the commercial relationship is open and, after that, for as long as needed to handle a question or meet an obligation.
When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you.
Who we share it with
Your request may pass through the provider we use to send email. That provider only receives what is needed to deliver the message.
If you play a YouTube video or open the Google calendar, those services process data under their own policies. We do not hand your data to third parties so they can sell it.
Cookies
The site may remember the language you choose. We do not use advertising cookies or our own tracking cookies.
When you play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct, and delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to juan.lopez@acropolisia.com.
You can also file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
If we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page and show the date of the latest update.
